A Word from the Builder…
Since as long as I can remember, I have always wanted to build custom homes. My dream began when I started a company called DG Services in which I helped with landscaping and small remodeling jobs. From then, my love for construction grew. Finally, in 1996 my wife and I decided to start Country Ayre, Inc. The first of our two development endeavors were Country Ayre I & II, which offered more than 40 residential lots available for homebuilding. Soon after we acquired land for our wooded development “Whispering Winds,” more land for another country setting “The Meadows,” and finally land for our condominium community and commercial property, “Alte Deutsche Stadt” and “Old German Town Plaza.”
Just recently we have expanded our business into commercial construction by building “Sunrise Gas Stations,” working with area Nursing Homes, “The Protestant Home,” ‘St. Mary’s,” “Northside Eyecare,” “The Barthel Agency” and numerous other area businesses.
